New Laravel Testing Course Available
Joel Clermont has launched “Mastering Laravel Testing,” a video course designed to teach developers how to write effective tests within a real Laravel application. The course is now available with 39 lessons, and more are scheduled to be released in mid-November.
Course Content and Structure
The course utilizes a realistic sample application that begins with minimal testing. Participants gain access to this application to follow along with the lessons. Each lesson focuses on a single testing principle, typically lasting around an hour or two.
Lesson Breakdown
The course is structured into seven parts, containing a total of 52 lessons. Currently, 39 lessons are accessible. Topics covered include utilizing PHPUnit and translating those examples to Pest, if that testing framework is preferred. A free introductory lesson, “Picking our first test,” is available on the course page.
Community Support
For those who select the community option, a private Slack channel is included, providing a space for learners to ask questions and receive assistance when encountering difficulties.
Presale and Release Schedule
