Pathways School Gurgaon Sold to Lighthouse Learning
PRJ Ventures Private Limited has transferred 100% ownership of Pathways School Gurgaon, now operating as PSG-Clifton International School, to Lighthouse Learning Private Limited. The transaction was finalized with legal advice from Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.
Legal Counsel
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advised PRJ Ventures and its shareholders throughout the acquisition process. The deal was led by Sadia Khan, a Partner at the firm, supported by Counsel Ankit Goel and Associate Talin Bhardwaj.
